Meet Our Team

Danielle Scipione M.Ed., BCBA/LABA

Danielle found her joy working with children with Autism at a summer program in 2010. She then became a behavior therapist for many years and later earning a masters degree at Endicott College in Autism/Applied Behavior Analysis. When Danielle isn't working with kids she can be found with her farm animals and spending time with her newest joy-her daughter.

Jamie Marrone M.S. Ed., BCBA, LABA

Originally from Connecticut, Jamie ended up a permanent Massachusetts resident by accident. Jamie attended Assumption University in Worcester before receiving her master’s degree in severe special education from Simmons College and a post-master’s certification through Western New England University to sit for the BCBA exam. Jamie has more than 15 years’ experience working and teaching children with special needs in schools, centers, in the community, and in their homes. Jamie grew up running and playing lacrosse and has previously enjoyed coaching youth teams as well as helping coach her former college lacrosse team. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach (especially Cape Cod) and spending time with friends and family. She lives on the South shore with her husband and two young daughters. She is currently a “dance-mom” in training for her three-year-old daughter and hopes to someday be a “lacrosse mom”.

Chelsea DeFeo M.Sc., BCBA/LABA

Chelsea’s love of the ocean runs deep, but so does her passion for working with children and young adults.  She chose to surround herself with children starting at a young age, and has now been in the field professionally for more than 15 years working in centers, a specialized private school, and in-home services. Chelsea attended Endicott College in Beverly and enjoyed her time there so much; she went back for her master’s degree in Severe Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She was a field hockey goalie through college, and joined the coaching staff for a decade following her final season. She and her wife most recently entered their “mom era,” first welcoming their son, then their daughter a few years later.  She enjoys all things “lake life” on Lake Bomoseen in Vermont where childhood summers were spent, and looking for sea glass and sea life along the New England coast with her friends and family.  When she’s not piloting her children (or doodle) on an adventure, she enjoys freezing time with them and the world around them from behind the lens of a camera.

Maggie Orner M.Sc., BCBA/LABA

Maggie began working in the field of ABA in 2016 and became certified as a BCBA in 2019. She graduated with her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida where she pursued research and published her thesis about teaching safety skills to children with ASD. Maggie’s favorite part of her job is connecting with others and seeing the positive impact ABA has on the lives of our learners and their families. Maggie is a proud coast guard spouse and mom of one. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks, and going hiking with her family.
